Gabriel had fantastic energy and was super engaging. Learnt a lot about New York as a city, history of America and sadly about the proceedings of 9/11 and how horrific it was. Would highly recommend this tour for people visiting New York and want to understand the city better

American history or rather NY history is rather complicated but it was explained beautifully explained by Garette.

Garrett was amazing! Full of energy and quirky anecdotes, he doesn't hesitate to recreate scenes to get his point across, you get a really immersive experience ahahah the financial district could seem boring for tourists but he made it super lively and enjoyable, it's a must if you want to understand NY's history better!

I ended up doing a private tour with Scott because the other 4 people in the group were no-shows! He is a wealth of information about both history and architecture. He was willing to incorporate my interests as a participant and was a genuinely pleasant and nice person. I highly recommend his tour!

Highly recommended: This is a definite must do walking tour while in NYC. Out of the 5 I did in my time in the city this was the best together with the Brooklyn bridge. I got to learn a lot about the early history of the city and lots of unknown details about the 9/11. Our guide Jon is an excellent story teller and great professional.

I had a great tour with Jon today. He shared lots of historical and fun facts about the area. I learnt so much and because of Jon I was able to appreciate all the different types of architecture of the buildings. I also felt comfortable asking lots of questions.
